Training through Fourth Levels is a short riding coat of conservative color, with tie, choker or stock tie, white or light-colored breeches or jodhpurs, boots or jodhpur boots, and protective headgear as defined in DR120.5 and in compliance with GR801...For all tests above Fourth Level, the dress code is: a dark tailcoat with top hat or protective headgear"

For Fair a few years ago a few friends of mine covered their Arabs entirely in glitter for the costume class, which was the? last of the week... so they thought. Turns out they both had classes the next day, and both of them ended up riding the world's sparkliest hunters.

for most dressage competitions, wearing a tophat is the rule, though this is changing. im assuming b/c this is a freestyle the rules would? be whatever went with your costume

That was really, really well done. There is a "softness" in her horse, head to tail, that? you rarely see in dressage these days. He is listening and responding with ease and without resistance. They appear to have excellent communication.
